We are looking for Indirect Channel Account Manager for one of the large conglomerate based in Qatar and have overseas presence. Ideal candidate should have out of box thinking, enthusiastic, self-starter and result driven. Develop and implement a sales strategy for own Channel Partner Accounts which will enable the delivery of acquisition, revenue and profitability targets. Daily presence in the market with the partner team to ensure that the Channel Partner Accounts allocated achieves its targets and achieves the best customer communication & satisfaction level. Organize and deliver training programs for partners on as required basis and ensure that all the partners’ sales staff is well trained and their products knowledge is up to standards. Generate and provide the requested reports to the management (daily visit report, forecast report etc.) Communicate and coordination with internal stake holders. Manage the score card, performance of the Channel Partners and address any incorrect action or behavior that might be done by the Partners in the market, thus management can take the right corrective action at the right time.
