Recruiter Trainee

We are looking for a Recruiter Trainee (with Engineering Qualification and Background) to support our recruitment operations. We are looking for a Recruiter Trainee who is willing to work as a recruiter for Engineering sector projects.  The key skills required would be
- Ability to communicate in English with candidates and ability to screen them on their communication skills
- Ability to get technically trained to screen out the candidates basis on their technical skills
- Understanding of basic technical concepts related to Mechanical/Electrical/ Plumbing/Civil works
- Ability to move around to source candidates through legwork/portal/ database etc
Salary offered will be AED 3000-3500. The candidates on visit/ spouse visa will be preferred. The candidate should be available to join immediately.
