Awareness of International Standard such as ASTM, BS, AASHTO and ACI is essential. Should have the capability to manage site laboratory. Gulf Experience preferred. Minimum qualification requirement is Diploma in Civil Engineering or Bachelors Degree in Chemistry/Physics and should be within an age range of 25 to 40 years.
