BE (Civil) with 12 to 14yrs experience in Landscape project out of which at least 3 yrs. experience in UAE in a similar position in a Landscaping contracting company.  Monitoring of execution of all Landscape works.  Ensure project completion within the specification parameters, meeting time schedules and budgeted costs.  Prepare correct MRQ and follow-up for the delivery to site.  Selection of material, plant and equipment for technical suitability and cost effectiveness.  Control and co-ordinate Landscape/Civil work.  Follow-up for all contractual routines like variations, CVI, SI, Engineers.  Take responsibility for ensuring that the works on site are carried out in accordance with the company's safety policy and quality Standards. Must have valid UAE driving License.
