We are looking for Internal Audit and Compliance Support Officer from hospital background to support Facilities Compliance Manager to manage various internal audits, spot-checks and inspections throughout Operations. This role will provide support in implementation of an effective audit service in order to ensure compliance and timely follow-up of action plans. He/She would verify compliance and make recommendations to encourage continuous improvement of the facilities operations. The key job responsibilities will include
- Assist in the development and implementation of a compliance based programme of audits and ensure its timely implementation and delivery;
- Assist in the development of a compliance based programme of supplier audits; ensure its timely implementation and delivery
- Assist in identification of potential deficiencies in the documentations and provide practical and meaningful suggestions for improvement/correction;
- Undertake internal audits to determine the effectiveness, compliance and produce meaningful, comprehensive and robust audit reports in a timely fashion;
- Carries monthly compliance inspection with manager of compliance in line with compliance program
- Conduct stakeholder review meetings for audits and agree pragmatic corrective actions for any areas of deficiency with the relevant stakeholders, and monitor progress of implementation and agreed actions;
- Ensure that all findings and corrective actions arisen from audits are uploaded in the system in a timely fashion;
- Assist with the production of statistics and management reports on the performance of the management systems and audit activities;
- Provide guidance in quality management and the philosophy of continuous improvement across the organisation, promote the sharing of good practice; based of the quality plan
- Work with the Compliance Manager in analysing and identifying outliers and trends and make suggestions for improvements;
- Perform and carry out other duties as instructed / directed by the Manager.
We are looking for a candidate who has minimum of 7 years as auditor or inspector in a healthcare facility or 9 years in non-healthcare facility. The ideal candidate should have Internal Auditor certification completed from ISO9000 series with an ability to write technical and audit reports and routine business correspondence as required with strong organisational skills, detail oriented, and the ability to handle multiple priorities. Salary offered is AED 15000 + Annual Leave + Annual Ticket, however salary is not a constraint for a right candidate.
