The QHSE Representative is responsible in ensuring that all Systems introduced in the Company are being implemented and reviewed for its continual improvement.
Summary of essential job functions
The QHSE Representative has the responsibility and authority to:
Ensure that the Integrated Management System is established, implemented and maintained in accordance with the ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001:2007 standards
Report on the performance of the IMS to the Management Review Meeting
Organize Management Review Meetings
Review the IMS with the Department Heads, in their departments as required
Establish and control the document and data control system
Nominate the Internal Auditors to be appointed by the Managing Director
Establish the internal audit plan
Initiate and follow-up audit activities in order to verify audits and record the implementation and effectiveness of the corrective and preventive actions taken
Report the internal audit findings to the relevant management level. The findings and appropriate action plan are reviewed at the Management Review Meeting
Ensure the active application of the Customer Focus Approach
Liaise with external/internal parties on matters relating to the Integrated Management System.

Minimum 2-3 Years exp as a QHSE Manager in ISO Standard Company in Dubai. Can Join Immediately.
