This position is a posting which will require flexibility and you shall work with our international teams and consultants. In your position, you shall have the following roles and responsibilities:-
Receptionist/ Document controller
Handling of incoming calls, faxing, scanning, photocopying and typing of documents.
Organization of filing and filing of documents both hard and/or soft copies.
Organization of mail delivery and collection ( you will need to liaise with local couriers)
Downloading and uploading documents from FTP site, Aconex, BIW etc. for projects. Must be proficient in MS word, Excel and Outlook.
Tracking records of submittals/transmittals and filing them accordingly.
Arranging to liaise with driver for collection and delivery.
Assistant to Office Manager and Accountant.
Requirements
Must have good clear communication and written skills in English. Must have a minimum 5 years previous experience in the role, preferably in the construction industry.
