GENERAL EXPECTATIONS
Setting up and maintaining contract files
Prequalification of contractors and organizing the relevant documentation and file keeping.
Prepare and maintain project documents like correspondence, minutes of meeting, notes etc.
Keep on learning new skills as per modern practices in the relevant field.
Assist HR Manager in interviews during recruitment of staff in QS department.
Requirements
MUST HAVE: +15 to 20 years of experience in all aspects of Quantity Surveying preferably in a design consultancy or a construction company. + Completed at least 10 projects of considerable repute at least 5 in UAE + Candidates with expertise using Revit / BIM applications for Quantity Surveying shall be preferred. + Should have hands on expertise in MS Project (must) Primavera (preferable). + Should have taken FIDIC certifications or must be well acquainted with FIDIC. + AutoCAD (preferable), Revit (added advantage) MS Office and Outlook. + should have a valid UAE driving license and owns a car. EDUCATION: Post graduate in surveying Else other engineering degrees or other qualifications must be accredited by the RICS (Royal Institution for Chartered Surveyors) or the CIOB (Chartered Institute of Building).
