• Degree in Computers or equivalent. • 10 - 12 years related experience in IT Application Management. • Project Management, ITIL and Practitioner Level in Service Lifecycle modules, preferably ´Service Transition´ and ´Service Operation´ are a must. • Good communication skills and can communicate effectively at all levels. • Techno-functional is an added advantage. • Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and business language.
