CFO will be responsible of Corporate Financial Governance, Risk Management, provide financial and strategic Plans as well as direction to support the business , leads financial due diligence activities for acquisition and/or investment, design develop and direct financial policies and practices of the business and implement effective systems of internal control and ensure full compliance with it.
