1. Bachelor degree in Computer Science/Engineering
2. 4-5 years of experiences in Technical Support
3. Good experience with Moodle and SharePoint
4. Installation, configuration, integration, and troubleshooting of Microsoft products ( linux experience is preferred )
5. Experience with HP servers, Extreme Product, replication, distribution, availability and recovery of network component.
6. Microsoft and Cisco certification is preferred
