Participate in maintenance, support, administration and troubleshooting of our solutions at clients’ sites and data center, including implementing enhancements and tuning to improve usability, reliability and performance. Participate in analyzing, designing, developing, implementing, supporting and troubleshooting N-Tier, Secure, and Multi-channel (Web, POS, Kiosk, IVR, SMS … etc) Web Applications. System administrator for multiple OS platforms, network equipment and configurations (Firewalls, routers, switches, VPNs, Clusters, etc), and packaged software (e.g. J2EE/.NET Application Servers, Web servers, DB servers, etc). Coordinate and participate in resolving problems and issues related to third party vendors and provides for software, network and hardware solution components. Develop and promote standard operating procedures. Ensure that system security procedures are implemented. Maintain a broad knowledge of state-of-the-art technology, software, equipment, and/or systems including basic hardware installation and configuration skills. On a regular basis, provide recommendations on enhancing and further improving the client’s managed services and operations. Obtain formal certification in relevant technologies and topics. Provide timely status reports to supervisors and project managers. Familiarity with Electronic payment is a plus. Facilitate and implement documentation standards.
