MUST HAVE: + Interpersonal skills with very good English and Arabic communication capabilities. + Should have experience in dealing with Authorities and Clients. + At least 8 years to 15 years of experience in design development, client dealing and local authorities transactions. + Should be able to handle submission / approval procedures related to Abu Dhabi Municipality and local authorities. + UAE Driving license and own car + Completed at least 03 projects of some considerable repute. + Should have hands on skills in AutoCAD. Knowledge and proficiency of Revit Architecture will be an added advantage. Education: Graduate (Architecture / Interior Design) Software Skills: AutoCAD, Revit Architecture (preferable), Adobe Photoshop, MS Office and MS Outlook.
