Quantity Surveyor With minimum 10 years’ experience in managing all costs relating to building projects, from the initial calculations to the final figures. He shall have the skill to minimize the costs of project and enhance value for money, while still achieving the required standards and quality. Must have fair knowledge of Contracts (FIDIC). Exposure to RICS is desirable. Degree qualified; with minimum 10-15 years of strong technical experience in the field of Quantity Surveying. Experience in the Hospital Construction is desired.
