Dubai Based Landscaping Company seeking an Architect to do landscaping design works. Candidate should have a minimum 2 years’ experience in the field or residential and corporate design. Key Responsibilities: Design Architectural concept plans, layouts and details. Ability to come up with creative architectural design to impress our clients and Illustration design concepts. Ability to understand our client’s requirements and transfer their ideas/thoughts into reality. Ability to arranging production of detail design such as landscape concept and detail design development, construction detailing, schematic illustrations and presentation of design work to our clients. Must be flexible with designs from simple cost effective to creative/impressive designs. Manage the production of project design drafting and details. Ability to execute a project from concept through construction documentation. Ability to demonstrate strong graphic capabilities. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment. Ability to prepare construction documents and construction drawings detailing. Assist in cost estimating and preparing BOQ’s along with detail design services and contract document preparation. Ability to go out on site for inspection and liaise with construction supervisor. Dedication to detail design and meeting of deadlines. Requirements: A degree in Architecture from an accredited university or a combination of related education and experience. UAE Driving Licence is desired, Willing to work extra hours as per ability and able to work in a team / multidisciplinary environment; Strong verbal, written and graphic communication skills; Good computer skills (AutoCAD, MS Excel and other graphic programs); Experience and interest in hard and soft landscape construction and interior design; Experience in urban design, sustainable design and landscape/site planning and design Knowledge of materials and methodology of building. Preferences 1 or more years of work experience in UAE Knowledge of other softwares such as 3D Max, Adobe Photoshop, Sketch up etc. Registered with Dubai Municipality and Trakhees. And must be familiar with their procedures. Worked as a Landscaping Architect. Have an Interior Design knowledge and able to speak Hindi.
