Admin, Receptionist

Home Furnishing Company looking for Admin/Reception FEMALE.
Responsibilities:
- Managing and controlling all ingoing and outgoing goods
- Follow up for meetings and exhibitions of CEO
- Reply emails, answer the phone calls
- Taking care of showrom (arranging maintance, make sure office boy cleaned showroom well, etc)
- Preparing schedule for Driver
- Serving tea/coffe for CEO.
Knowledge of Admin job, Sales, Microsoft Office is required. We need an active person who is able to manage and ready to learn.
Knowledge of HR job and PRO job, experience in home furnishing business is good bonus.
