Responsible for every aspect of the day-to-day supervision of retail outlets particularly SUPERMARKETS, including sales, staff, stock and resources management.
To run a store successfully. Working on the shop floor, will be in constant contact with customers and staff. Ensuring staff give great customer service as well as dealing with the financial side of the store and people management.


Requirements
A degree holder in business or management course. Minimum 5-10 years relevant commercial, sales or retailing experience in a managerial position. With good commercial and people skills aside from excellent communication skills.
