Responsible of purchasing with foreign and local suppliers. Follow up on deliveries to ensure timely shipments of orders. Perform inventory analysis, inventory forecasts and management reports. Optimize the purchasing vs on hand inventory vs shipping plan. Optimize BOM management and follow up with product development on new products to launch. Coordinate inventory, procurement with  production unit to ensure the demand forecast are met and support the production planning. Manage the supply chain, locate potential risks and formulate corresponding solutions to minimize the risks.
