The candidate is, 1. Responsible for Sales, Marketing of PVC, PPR pipes and fittings. 2. Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company’s products. 3. Develop sales strategies to improve market share in all product lines. 4. Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams. 5. Coordinates proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results. 6. Provides monthly results assessments of sales staff’s productivity. 7. Formulates all sales policies, practices and procedures.
