Receptionist and Admin Secretary

Receptionist & Admin Secretary: Should be able to handle Reception professionally with good command over spoken/written english, Expert in Ms Office, Good personality and communication skill, Customer Invoicing & Accounting and Followups, Customer Relationship, Customer Proposal tracking & followup,  Managing Office Supplies & Equipment Maintenance, Filing & Documenting, Staff Admin & Visa Documentation, Other Admin & Secretarial tasks, Management Reporting; preferably female from Philipines

Requirements
(1) Minimum 3 years' experience and proven track record in Reception and Admin Secretarial Work, with multi-tasking ability involving the tasks given in job-description.

(2) Should be at least a College Graduate.

(3) Should be excellent in written and verbal communication skills in English,  dynamic, energetic and self-confident and with pleasing personality.

(4) Should be excellent in Ms Office, Outlook (Schedule & Task management & Emails).

(5) Preferably female from philipines.
