Independent software development in Microsoft Web-based/desktop/mobile .Net Technology (ASP.Net, C#.Net, VB.Net), MVC, Ajax, Silverlight in the front-end and Microsoft SQL Server in the back-end (Designing, Replication/Syncing, Stored Procedures, Reporting Services), with SAP Crystal Reports; Windows Mobile technologies; 3-tier/N-tier architecture. Should be able to do various business-oriented projects independently in these technolgies for our clients, covering full life cycle of projects - including designing, coding, development, testing, debugging, deployment, documentation and support.

Requirements
(1) Minimum 3 years' experience in independent software development in Microsoft Web-based/desktop/mobile .Net Technology (ASP.Net, C#.Net, VB.Net), MVC, Ajax, Silverlight in the front-end and Microsoft SQL Server in the back-end (Designing, Replication/Syncing, Stored Procedures, Reporting Services), with SAP Crystal Reports; Windows Mobile technologies; 3-tier/N-tier architecture

(2) Should have done at least 5 different business-oriented projects independently in these technologies, covering full life cycle of projects - including designing, coding, development, testing, debugging, deployment, documentation and support

(3) Minimum 2 years' full time qualification in software technology (MCA/BE/MSc/Diploma or equivalent).
