Receptionist

We are urgently looking for a highly motivated receptionist, the candidate should possess the below, Greet visitors warmly in person or on the telephone and make sure visitors are comfortable. Answer inquiries about company and provides callers with address, directions, and other information. Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.  Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls. Preparing business correspondence (often using word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation computer software). Perform any other function as may be assigned by the Department Heads / Management.  Experience in IT company preferred.
