Estimator Coordinator
* Organize and ensure correct tender documents are coordinated and disseminated to the assigned estimation engineers.
* Review general specifications, conditions of contract, drawings and advise/coordinate with the team for the general requirement and scope of the project.
* Communicate with Client to gain correct information and acquire competitive quotes from vendors/suppliers.
* Upgrade on changing developments in estimation advances by reviewing technical literature, administer use of estimation software and contract with sub-contractors and vendors.
* Provide a tender analysis and trades summary of estimation for management review.
* Create and maintain a database of actual competitive procurement from previous projects versus acquired tender offers.
* Assist in the pre-construction works and mobilization support in the initial stage prior to handover to assigned project team once a project is awarded.
* Provide any other duties related to estimation works as assigned by the Manager.
* A graduate of Bachelor of Science in Electrical and/or Mechanical Engineering.
* Knowledgeable in the use of MS Office, CAD and estimation software.
* A team player with very good interpersonal skills with qualified written and verbal English communication skills.
Between 25 to 40 years old.
