CONTRACT ESTIMATOR A well-established Architectural Hardware (Ironmongery) Consultant and Supplier, established since 1969 in the UAE, operating throughout the Arabian Gulf, is looking to recruit Contract Estimator with the below qualifications and who can meet clients and attend technical meetings.
A minimum of 3 years experience in internal building finishes estimation.
Able to read and understand floor plans and identify door types.
Able to extract Bill of Quantity from drawings.
Read door schedules.
Good command of AutoCAD.
Architectural or Engineering degree.
Excellent communication skills in English /Arabic.
GCC driving license.
Age group between 24 and 35 years.
Training will be provided to the suitable candidate. Package: Good package (including private medical) depending on experience.
