Receptionist / Admin Assistant, Secretary

Salary – Industry standard. RDK International LLC, a leading provider of lighting solutions is looking to hire an experienced Receptionist/Admin Assistant, Secretary.
Responsibilities: As Receptionist/Admin Assistant, Secretary - In- charge of the Office main reception. Answer all incoming calls on the office line and direct them accordingly. Receiving  / sending all couriers and documents and entering in the log book. Ensuring that all office/kitchen supplies are fully stocked and ordering the same. Welcoming all walk in clients / visitors to the office and direct them appropriately. Ensure that the logbooks are duly filled in. General office up keep, maintenance and administration. Admin / HR related filing and documentation. Travel booking, Assist all departments in filing , letter writing and general assistance. General filing for projects and engineering as and when required. Only candidate meeting the above requirements need to apply.
