We are looking for very pleasant and well versed in Arabic and Farsi speaking candidates for a General trading Company in Dubai.
He /She should have work exp 3 To 5 yrs in relevant field.
He /She should be well versed in MS Office.
Multitasking and ability to work under pressure.
Scheduling meetings, creating agendas and taking minutes.
Maintain scheduling and event calendars.
Arrange conferences, meetings and travel reservation for office personal.
complete forms in accordance with company procedures.
Excellent communication skills (Including writing mails, responding to telephone calls). He or She must be able to speak Arabic and Farsi language.
