An Interior Design and Fit Out company in Dubai is looking for Production Manager with the following qualifications:
Requirements
5-10 years UAE Experience in the same field Engineering Background, with Joinery/Factory experience Responsibilities: i. Planning and Organizing production schedules ii. Overseeing Production process iii. Determining and implementing Quality Control Standards iv. Organizing Repair and Maintenance of Production Equipment v.      Handle all production activities, training and manpower vi. Inventory controls vii.      Liaison with Purchase Manager to ensure sufficient stock of raw materials available for production. viii. Liaison with Commercial Manager for the production of on-going and future projects and ensure timely supply of products. ix. Ensuring smooth in and out flow of raw materials and finish goods x. Ensuring production is cost effective but implementing best costing methods with coordination of finance dept. xi. Ensures that health and safety guidelines are followed. xii. Reviewing workers performances and report performance to HR Dept.
