- With 5-10 years experience.
- Managing all the correspondence between consultants, contractors, and client.
- Fully responsible for all site supervision activities but not limited to:
• Ensure performance of the work in strict accordance with the drawings, plans and specifications.
• Monitor the contractor's progress of the works, and report to Management accordingly.
• Attending progress meetings with the employer and contractor when required.
• Excellent client relationship skills.
• Able to work deadlines and under pressure.
• Excellent in communication and team skills.
• Good problem solving skills and creative thinking.
