Location: UAE Qualifications: 1) Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from an internationally recognized University. 2) Minimum 10 years of progressively responsible experience in the area of Project Engineering and Management. 3) Extensive experience managing project design, cost/budget, scope, schedule, and resources, managing vendors, and overseeing formal planning, tracking, and reporting project performance. Must have additional experience in Scheduling, Cost Control, and Planning of major construction projects. 4) Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively, utilizing limited resources to achieve complex goals. 5) Excellent command of the English language. 6) Arabic language is an advantage.
