Operations Manager, Senior Mechanical Engineer

A well-known MEP Construction Company stationed in Dubai, U.A.E, seeks MEP Staff with experience 7 -10 years, in depth knowledge and understanding of projects of large volume and should have knowledge of project management:
 
Requirements
1.  OPERATIONS MANAGER MEP WORKS  Preferably Mechanical Engineering Degree  Preferably Arabic  Total experience 10 years as contractor and minimum 3 years   experience on the same position Gulf experience is required High-rise experience is a must To be responsible for several projects with total labour over 200 nos. and supervision of staff over 10 nos. (Mechanical and Electrical) Experienced in all services: A/C, Plumbing, fire fighting and fire alarm, electrical, low current. To report to General Manager. Age up to 40 years old. English - fluent 2. SENIOR MECHANICAL ENGINEER Mechanical Engineering Degree is required    7-10 years experience as contractor High rise or low rise construction experience To supervise 100-200 MEP labours To deal with Consultants and Subcontractors and suppliers. To be in charge of and coordinate all submittals, planning, procurement, design and shop drawings To report to Project Manager (MEP) Age up to 35 years old. English –Fluent. Preferably Arabic 3. HR Personnel  Preferably Arabic  Minimum 5 years on the same field  Gulf experience is required  To report to General Manager. Age up to 35 years old.  English - fluent.
