Operations Executive

A well established, leading and progressive commodities trader is looking to expand their team in Dubai and have an immediate opening for an Operations Executive.
The role is primarily to support the current operation team and handle the documentation for all their shipping needs.
 
Job Profile:
- Handling all the documentation related to shipping
- Liaise with banks on letter of credits and negotiation
- Collection of the needed documentation
- Dealing with buyers and sellers to collect the required information
- Handling Bill of Lading documentation
Requirements
Skills and Experience: - A few years of relevant experience in the UAE - Dealing with Import and Export documentation knowledge and experience - Background in freight forwarding / working in Logistics - Must know how to handle and process Letter of Credit documentation - Main exposure to sea freight is essential Should your application for the position of Operations Executive - Direct Shipper – Dubai be successful, you will be contacted within 72 hours.   Failure in selection for this position will not affect applications for other positions we currently have advertised.
