A leading telecom company is seeking self-motivated and career-driven professionals for the mentioned position - REGIONAL MANAGER - Must have 3+ years of distribution / FMCG field experience as a Regional Manager. 3+ years experience in driving sales, gross margin across brands and categories. 3+ years experience in accurate forecasting, promotion and pricing management for multi-brands. 3+ years experience in inventory management and aging control for multibrands. 3+ years experience in managing credit to market through an assigned team as per the company guidelines. 3+ years experience in managing at least 5 Supervisors and 30 Sales Executives. 3+ years experience in the training and development of sales force. Strategic mindset (what can we do better to further build the business), tactful and articulate. Should be able to act quickly and decisively. Have strong leadership in setting market trends and excellent experience in managing IR dealers. Thorough knowledge of the UAE markets and routes. Valid UAE driving license.
