Architect – Team Leader (M/F) we are a multi-disciplinary Architectural and Engineering Consultancy. Due to our continuous and successful growth we have the following vacancy available:  You will lead a small architectural team from concept through to construction design drawings, coordinate with engineers, are familiar with Dubai authority submittals and you can ensure that all work is done on time.
Requirements
Mandatory requirements are: basic knowledge in design management, exceptional well experienced in detail design, a minimum of 5 years Dubai experience, advanced knowledge of building regulations and familiar with construction methodology and building materials, well versed in AutoCad, high ability to streamline the design process and a good team player. Additional, desirable skills: Western educated background, good presentation skills using hand sketches or digital 3d formats, software experience in Revit, Photoshop and/ or Sketchup would be an advantage, availability within one to two month.
