Lead Generation and Business Development Executive

Lead Generation and Business Development Executive MCG We are looking for a Lead Generation and Business Development Executive for our Strategic and Operational HR Consulting products. The position will be based in Dubai and is open to candidates who have past experience in Lead Generation and Business Development in UAE or in India. The ideal candidate should have a background in B2B lead generation and has a proven track record in converting leads into business. The key job responsibilities will include :

- Generate database of prospective clients.   - Lead Generation for companies strategic and operational HR consulting products.
- Converting leads into meetings for self/supervisor and convert client meetings into business
- Ensuring smooth transition of projects between client and operations team
- Follow up with existing client to generate more business
- Follow up to get business from new clients

Ideal candidate profile will be
- Proven track record of data base generation for prospective clients - Proven track record of lead generation into B2B segment
- Proven track record of converting lead into business into B2B segment
- Candidates with UAE Driving License will be preferred or candidates in process may also apply
- Candidates who have willingness and capability to be in field for lead and business generation.
- Candidates with excellent presentation skills
- Candidates with excellent follow up skills

Salary offered for this role will be AED 3000-AED4000 + Annual Leave + Annual Ticket.
