To report into the Contracts Director and be part of an in house Contracts team managing existing and future Contracts. KEY DUTIES:
To manage address the contractual aspects in order to protect all contractual rights on the project.
Audit all outgoing / and incoming project correspondence.
E-Document
Experience in defending Claims.
Identify, evaluate and manage the commercial risks and opportunities associated with the project.
Provide contractual and commercial advice to the Project Manager, Commercial Executive and the respective teams.
Monitor the performance on the Contract via the terms and the policies and procedures.
Identifies any shortfalls in existing policies and procedures and formulate corrective action.
