The role for this position will be to report into the Contracts Director and be part of an in house Contracts team managing existing and future Contracts. KEY DUTIES
To report on the Project Plan from a contractual aspects in order to protect all contractual rights on the project.
E-Document
Experience in defending Claims that relate to Extension of Time of Time.
Identify, evaluate and manage the risks and opportunities associated with the change in the project plan.
Monitor the performance on the Contract via the terms and the policies and procedures.
