Project Manager Mechanical

A leading construction company (ISO9001, 14001 and OHSAS18001 certified) in Dubai is looking for the following professionals.

Position: Project Manager (Mechanical) Ref.: 6PMMEC
Salary: AED 25-30K/Month

Qualifications and Experience:
- Graduate Mechanical Engineer having 15 years of experience in the construction of residential, commercial, mixed-use building projects.
- Sound understanding of specifications, planning, installation, testing and commissioning for HVAC, plumbing, drainage, equipment, etc.
- Knowledge of electrical works will be an added advantage.
- Knack of and proactive in resource planning, time management, subcontract coordination, drawing and design management, controlling and monitoring of the project.
- Leadership quality to lead and motivate the project team to achieve project goals.
- Familiar with SMACNA, ASHRAE and local authorities’ regulation.
- Knowledge of planning tools and FIDIC.
