As part of our expansion plan, we now seek a new addition to the team. As a Sales Secretary, you will provide the sales team efficient secretarial services and assist customers with their queries. Your Responsibilities - Assist the Sales Managers on day-to-day ad-hoc tasks - Prepare offer letters / proposals for customers - Co-ordinate with the technical department to get project details - Update and maintain files or database for customers - Respond to customers queries and direct calls and messages to the correct Sales Managers - Maintain project list files Your Profile - University degree or equivalent certificate / trainings - Minimum of 3 years experience in a secretarial or administrative job - Excellent skills in computers and MS Office applications - Fluent in English (verbal and written) - Highly organized, reliable and independent -
