Contracts Manager Roads and Infrastructure

The incumbent should have a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering with minimum 15 years of experience in leading and managing a group of construction professionals in all aspects of contract management. Significant knowledge and understanding of contracting principles, drafting and developing the international ICC and FIDIC types model construction contracts and agreements for medium / large construction management projects.  Should have excellent interpersonal, leadership, management and mentoring skills. Sound understanding of commercial contracts, business agreements and general business practices, strong knowledge of subcontracting practices, accounting, finance, pricing, and estimating principles, and business law.   Excellent oral/written communication, analytical and organizational skills.  Proven ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management.  Ability to manage multiple work assignments and meet critical deadlines. Westeners are PREFERRED.
