* Must have 3 years of Distribution /FMCG Field as Sales Supervisor
* Have strong leadership skills and excellent experience in managing IR dealers
* 3 years experience of managing Credit to Market thru assigned team as per company guideline
* 2 years experience of building Route plans for assigned Sales team
* Experience in managing day to day operations, Sales, targets, focus models for assigned Sales team
* Thorough knowledge in UAE markets and routes
* Experience in training and development of sales force
* Valid UAE Driving license
