Undertake technical design work and design checking for projects, so as to meet or exceed project specific time and quality targets. Undertake independent studies and analysis; preparing recommendations and conclusion for formal reviews. Works towards the continuous improvement of the department section by utilizing effective and standardized calculation system and other design tools Provide direction, supervision and mentoring to more junior staff, Professional development of CAD, graduate engineers and engineers; Coordination with associated disciplines to ensure that interfaces have been considered and designed; Assist with formal performance and development reviews for more junior staff.
