Has commercial responsibility for (sales) relations in the region. Should actively manage, maintain relations, and develop new relations (sales acquisition).Translates a customer request into a quotation. Costing and selecting the suitable equipment. Prepares quotations including technical specifications. Negotiation and finalization of the quotation with the client. Coordinating all the necessary activities together with the Service Manager and the other departments of the company. After receipt of orders: prepares order confirmations, purchase orders and follows up till shipment of the material. Sales support to branch offices and distributors in the region. Tender evaluation, preliminary costing, preparation of specifications and offers and negotiation. Reports both formal and informal to Service Manager regarding daily business in the Sales region. Consults customers, suppliers and subcontractors. Consults colleague Engineers, project managers, sales engineers.
Requirements
B.Sc Degree in Mechanical (preferably Industrial Refrigeration Engineering). Minimum 3 years sales industry experience in Middle East. Age between 25–40. Customer/Sales oriented. Commercial, social and communicative skills. Good communication and negotiation skills. Well versed in computer and relevant programs such as Excel and Word. Fluent in English and Arabic.
