MEP Manager: With capacity to manage responsibly complete MEP dept., with Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Eng., with 10 yrs. or min 6 yrs. in UAE with Consultants experience. Knowledge of DEWA, Civil Defence and all concern authorities' procedures, with expertise in Design. Driving License
Mechanical Engineer (Design and Site Supervision): Degree in Mechanical Engg. with 5 years of Design and Site Supervision exp. in UAE with consultancy firm, with knowledge and exposure on High Rise Building Designs, Infrastructure. Drainage, Water supply, Fire Protection, Gas system with related calculations as per UPC, DCD, DEWA, IPC, EHS regulations. Driving License
Electro Mechanical Engineer (Site Supervision):Degree in Electro/Mech Eng. with 5 years of Site Supervision exp. in UAE with consultancy firm. Knowledge and Experience of Low Voltage Electronic Enclosure. Driving License.
Structural Design Engineer: Civil Engg. Degree holder with G+4 / G+ 12 approval from Dubai Municipality with min. 7 Years of UAE Exp. in Consultancy firm. Knowledge of Structural Design Software's with experience in Designing High Rise Buildings, Steel Structural Design.
Senior Architect: To manage studio, Creative Designer with Leadership qualities, Degree holder with Min. 6-8 yrs UAE Experience in Consultancy firm, Knowledge in 3D Max, Revit, AutoCAD, Photoshop, etc and knowing submission processes for concerned authorities.
Business Development Officer: To develop Architectural and Engineering Consultancy Business. MBA with Building Industry related degree with 6 yrs UAE market exp with driving license. Good command on English, Arabic is advantage. Presentable personality and computer literate.
Architectural Draughtsman: Degree or Diploma holder with Min. 3 yrs UAE Experience in Consultancy firm, Knowledge in 3D Max, AutoCAD, Photoshop. Able to Draft Architectural, MEP and Structural drawings.
Driver: with UAE Driving License and own car, Candidate should be Indian / Nepali with 5 years UAE experience and should have good conduct and be familiar with English and Hindi languages.
