QA/QC Engineer

We Require a QA/QC Engineer with the under mentioned qualities and experience , This position is responsible for the implementation and management of the Contractor’s Quality Control Program, including the coordination, performance and execution of construction inspection and testing services for the project. The QC Engineer responsible for assuring that the quality of the work meets or exceeds the project’s contractual requirements, and maintains the standard of excellence established by the Joint Venture.
Required Education, Training, and Experience Degree in Civil Engineering or Equivalent Minimum 10 – 15 years’ experience in Infrastructure and related services.Minimum 10 years’ experience in the management of quality control and quality assurance programs of similar size and type.Quality control experience in  earth work, concrete work , asphaltic work,  installation / construction of precast concrete manholes accessories and utility services ( storm water ) Skills Required Quality control testing and inspection experience for field test for earth work, concrete and asphaltic concrete works. Ability to work with and communicate effectively with subcontractors, superintendents, engineering staff, consultants and client’s representatives. Ability to coordinate and manage inspection staff and inspection and testing subcontractors. Ability to record and organize all necessary documents relevant to the project specification. Ability to understand project specific requirements and contract drawings. The duties listed above are not all inclusive. The Quality Control Engineer will follow other instructions and perform other related duties as requested by the Project Manager / Quality Manager. Duties Ensure all work meets or exceeds the contract specifications and standard of excellence of the Joint Venture.
