Evaluates completeness and ensure issued quotations are correct. Maintain a good database for materials rates with reference to recent actual purchases with info feed from procurement. Willing to be trained as estimation software administrator. With excellent communication skills, letter writing and maintain good rapport among the clients, vendors and the team. With good MS knowledge (excel, word, Power point), pdf and able to browse/understand A AD drawings. With MEP work experience as doc. Controller in UAE either of electrical or mechanical professional background is preferable.
