Executive Director Community Options Society is seeking creative, energetic leadership to continue the legacy of providing inclusive, accessible and professional services to youth and families in the Cowichan Valley. The Executive Director is responsible to the Board of Directors for the leadership, administration and supervision of the activities at COS. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities -University Degree in Social work, Child and Youth Care, Counselling Psychology, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience -Previous HR experience preferred -Strong Contract and financial management experience -Excellent written communication skills -Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to foster positive relationships -Proficient time, organizational and management skills.
