Construction Manager

Urgently required for an established contracting firm:
Construction Manager: Master / Bachelor Degree in Civil Engg. with 12 to 15 yrs. Exp. with reputed Contractor and excellent skill in handling a complete project from Commencement till final handing over. Candidate should have a good knowledge of FIDIC. Should have sound Regulation knowledge of Dubai Municipality, Civil Defence, DEWA, Etisalat and other related authorities. Must have excellent managerial skills.
Project Engineer: Bachelor Degree in Civil Engg. with 07 to 10 yrs. Exp. in Construction industry and excellent skill in handling a complete project from Commencement of the project till final handing over. Candidate with good knowledge of FIDIC must.
Planning Engineer: Bachelor Degree in Civil Engg. with 03 to 5 yrs. Exp. in Construction industry. Must have experience in Project planning, scheduling, Construction Program, Baseline Schedule, Manpower Histogram, Cash Flow Chart, Weekly and Monthly schedule, and Preparation of submittals. Should have knowledge of Primavera-6.
Senior Accountant: CPA/Bachelor Degree in Accounting with 10-15 yrs. Exp. in construction industry and excellent skill in handling complete accounts up to finalization.
