REQUIRED For a well-reputed group transportation company in Dubai: TRAINING SPECIALIST - Having 3-5 years experience in trainings, should be a graduate in Psychology. Knowledge of inducting material training programmes on leadership, customer service, sales, communications, finance, HR, health and safety, including excellent presentation skills, site operations, etc. Must have good knowledge of training methods, procedures and reports. Good command of English, Hindi and Arabic is an added advantage. Having good personality, advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint. PREFERENCE WILL BE GIVEN TO THOSE CANDIDATES WITH RELEVANT BACKGROUND AND WHO CAN JOIN IMMEDIATELY.
