An architectural design consulting firm is urgently looking for an Authority Coordinator with 5-6 yrs of UAE Experience in such a role. The job responsibilities are to monitor and produce submissions to diverse authorities such as DM, DCD, DEWA, Etisalat, Trakhees, Nakheel, Dubai Properties, Emaar etc. Check all documents for compliance, follow up all applications, liaise with authorities when necessary on application status and updates, assist the design team on authority regulations. Arabic/English speaking candidates with an architectural degree and relevant UAE experience may pls.
