Details: •Assist With visa documentation •Main point of contact in absence of HR Manager, answering queries and /or preparing answers under supervision of HR Manager •Assist with the settlements leave application in advance •To assist preparation of weekly report for the HR meeting such information as may be required by senior management, Including but not limited to; a)Full employee numbers b)Full employee classifications c)Number of people in KSE accommodations d)Number of people on site e)Number of people either on vacation or on sick leave f) The number of new joiners and when they will arrive g) Attrition rate and schedule h) The natural attrition rate of leavers and what’s being done to replace them i) The number of people up for review and what the renewal costs will be • To assist the HR Manager in the recruitment process. •Other ad-hoc duties as requested by management. •Provide periodical update’s from the governments authorities on all labor as immigration rules to keep the HR department abreast of the changes in the rules and procedures. •To prepare and assist PRO to ensure the processing of all types of application and paperwork to the local government bodies, including but not limited to employment visas ,trade license, labor permits, export license, economic license, foreign license, etc. •Manage the visa checklist as when the rules on visa/labor changes •Maintain record and submit report to management about the visa submission, processing stage at any given time. •Obtain information from PRO and provide to HR Manager for maintain visa processing tracking documents so that management visibility of stage of completion of each employee visa at all times. This tracking documents must be updated every alternative day. •Ensure employee files are up to date at all the times and fully compliant with requirements of audit requirements. •Provide service, support and assistance to new and existing employee on their requirements such as driving license, car registrations, accommodation and legal requirements to ensure that PR service are provided as required. •Coordinate with front office executive and PRO for renewal and maintain all company’s license in the UAE before its expiry, which includes offices, yard, workshop, company and apartments.
